Stay Strong is a free public service from Potential.org. It exists for one reason: modern life is abundant, powerful and endless — and quietly exhausting. We have more information, comfort and stimulation than any humans in history, and we are more tired, anxious and depleted for it. Energy, not time or money, has become the real bottleneck.

Energy is upstream of everything you care about. Your judgment, patience, creativity, relationships and willpower are all just energy in different clothes. When it's high, life feels workable; when it's low, everything narrows. This isn't about heroic discipline — it's about removing what drains you and rebuilding the biological infrastructure that lets you show up strong for decades.
